style: ecco domani fashion foundation

Oh, it's that time of the year again -- despite the disgusting snow/sleet/hail/icestorms we've been getting in NYC lately, the chic and superglam are about to descend on one little corner of the city for Fall 2011 Fashion Week. Namely, the little corner pictured above: Lincoln Center.

In getting ready for what's going to be an amazing week, I have some fun news! Ecco Domani has asked me to be a brand ambassador for their Fashion Foundation, an amazing award that the brand gives out $25,000 to seven of the best new designers in the industry! Past winners have been everyone from Zac Posen to Alexander Wang to Proenza Schouler, so Ecco Domani is really helping to shape the future of fashion with this initiative.

I'll be at all seven designers' shows -- Bibhu Mohapatra, the Lake & Stars, M. Patmos, Mandy Coon, Native Son, Study NY and Pamela Love -- as well as Ecco Domani's Decade of Style Party to celebrate all the winners! I'm particularly excited about Bibhu Mohapatra's gorgeous cocktail and evening-wear and Pamela Love's amazing, edgy modern jewelry.
