Brahmin Summer Catalog

Just look at how gosh darn gorgeous these are.
For those of you who don't remember, the photos in this post are from the Brahmin summer catalog that I helped to style in March, which is finally being released this week!
I'm SO happy to have been part of this project, and I'm so blown away by how beautifully this catalog turned out. But as much as I'd love to take some credit for it, when you have bags that are this timeless, elegant, and perfectly constructed, it's hard to go wrong.
Scroll down for a couple of my thoughts on each of the bags, but most importantly, just soak up these gorgeous images. Can you tell that I'm grinning ear to ear as I type this?
Above: Brahmin's Anytime Tote and Anytime Mini. I have one already, but I'm pretty sure I need this Anytime Tote in Every. Single. Color. Most of all, this perfect summery melon shade!
If I were the type who jetted off to the Hamptons every weekend, guess what I'd pack all my beach-wear in? The Brahmin Anywhere Weekender, of course! And even if we're mostly homebodies, I'm still obsessed with this bag.
Who knew a white bag could be so versatile? This one screams Jackie O. to me. All you need is a pair of sunglasses and a scarf wrapped around your hair, and you've totally evoked that iconic glamor.
These little Mojito bags are basically wallet-sized and perfect for darting out for an easy summer dinner. They come in about a dozen cute summer colors, but the hot pink might be my absolute favorite!
Again, I'm seriously obsessed with the Anytime tote (shown here in green). But the Seville snakeskin bag may be the highlight of the whole collection for me -- I could see it going anywhere from a business meeting to a summer wedding (and everywhere in between). To me, it looks like a bag that should cost ten times as much as it actually does.
The shape of this bag just can't be beat. Brahmin once described their brand as having "reverse sticker shock" and it's so true. They have the design and quality of a four-figure bag, with prices in the $200-350 range. There's a reason I kept getting stopped and asked about my Brahmin bag during Fashion Week!
Who, me? Just waiting for my chauffeur, of course... I love that Brahmin stays true to its core shapes but still allows for so much variety. Both of these Arno Tote styles are so classic, but they still feel modern and fresh.
So, I know that a few of you out there are hardcore prepsters. This bag has a little bit of a "Muffy, I'm off to the country club" vibe, but I could see it looking totally young and fresh with an oversized, flowy shirt, shorts and flip flops.
I'm usually the girl carrying a bag the size of me to hold all the stuff I lug around on a daily basis, but I love to mix it up every once in a while and this cute Lacy bag is totally perfect. Big enough for your wallet and phone -- and what else do you really need these days?
Hope you liked these as much as I do! Now head over to Brahmin to check them out!
