a little bit of advice

Fashion & Style
By this point in the summer, I've put a lot of thought into what I'm going to be wearing in a few weeks for New York Fashion Week.
I had some last-minute choices last season that turned out to be disasters (one of them I was so embarrassed about that I couldn't even post it on here), so this season I want to have everything planned out beforehand. I need clothes that are true to my personal style, but also take it up a notch -- I sometimes gravitate towards "simple" that runs the risk of "boring," and that's no good either.
I spent this weekend pulling together some of my frontrunner outfits and photographing them -- this was actually an outfit I wore to a meeting and liked it so much that I decided it was going into the NYFW lineup! But it got me thinking... rather than show you guys what I wore after I wore it, I figured I'd post it before wearing it and get feedback from you guys!
So what do you think of this one? Too many accessories? Is the hair style too casual? The designers I'm wearing here run the gamut of Chanel (sunnies) to Payless (heels), and that mixing of high and low is one of the things I'm most proud of in my personal style.
So let me know what you guys think! I need about 8-10 outfits for seven days of shows, events and afterparties throughout the week, so if you guys don't mind, I'm probably going to be asking for your advice on a bunch of these!
